Sourcing consistent, high-quality agricultural products from farmers remains one of the biggest challenges for agribusinesses in West Africa due to fragmented supply, limited traceability, and unreliable data. Biolife Tech is building the digital infrastructure to power traceable agricultural sourcing in the region. Through our e-pineA platform, we digitize the supply chain from farm to market by collecting real-time production data, forecasting supply, and enabling buyers to identify, reserve, and source verified agricultural products with full traceability. The platform supports end-to-end transactions, including order placement, logistics and payments. To date, we have onboarded over 2,000 farmers and 200 buyers, and generated USD 200,000 in revenue in 2025, validating both supply and demand. Our business model is transaction-based, with a 20% commission on volumes traded, allowing revenue to scale with platform activity. We are now expanding across regional and European markets.
